RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  •  Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, copy paper)
  •  Food & beverage items (coffee pods, creamers, sweeteners, bottled water)
  •  Any opened or used item

These policies comply with standard Texas consumer protection practices.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 120 hours of delivery with photos.
Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
